Return and exchange
1. Return and exchange includes all items if a manufacturing defect is found in the product.
2. It is possible to return or exchange if the product is in the same original condition when purchased and wrapped in the original packaging and has not been used.
3. Return within three (3) days from the date of receipt of the request.
4. Receiving the shipment from the shipping company is considered an acknowledgment by the customer that the shipment is intact and in good condition.
5. The value of the returned orders is transferred after receiving them by the store and ensuring the integrity of the products to the customer’s bank account after deducting the value of the delivery and return freight only (in the absence of a manufacturing defect),
The store shall bear the value of its shipment, delivery and return (in the event of an industrial defect or damage to the product delivered to the customer).
6. After issuing the return voucher, the customer delivers the shipment to the nearest branch of the return transport company.
* In the event of a return because the product was not received by the customer after shipment, the delivery and return costs are fully deducted from the price of the product, and the remainder is transferred to a bank account after we receive and examine the product.
