Terms and conditions of the "Marhaba Alif" points program
You can participate in the Marhaba Alf points program for free by registering your account in the store and saving the data.
To participate in the Marhaba Alef program, you must have an active mobile number in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
In order for us to deliver offers that are suitable for your needs, we request that you update your data once a year.
Failure to acquire or redeem points on your membership within 360 days of acquiring or redeeming points in the program leads to termination of membership.
How to subscribe to "Hi Alif"
In order to benefit from the advantages of the “Marhaba Alif” points program, you must register your account in the store and save the data.
Purchase return policy
In the event of a return or exchange of purchases, the points earned from the purchases will not be refunded from your account in the Marhaba Alef program .
Collect points
You will get at least one point for every riyal spent that will be added to your membership account within 12 hours of the purchase process, and additional points can be obtained through evaluation, and when sharing the store link with friends.
Points can be collected by completing your personal information.
Points can be collected from all kinds of items purchased from “ souvenirs ”.
Points can be collected by evaluating the store and products.
Points can be collected by sharing the store link with friends. .
Points can be collected during the offers period.
You have the right to claim any points not added to your account based on your purchases within a maximum of 7 days from the date of the purchase.
Points cannot be collected on the value of points redeemed in purchases whose value or part of their value is paid using the redeemed points.
The period of validity of the points for new memberships that are through (registration or posting the store link) that is not activated is only 30 days, and the activation is by completing the first successful purchase from the store.
Redeem points
The account must be activated before redeeming points.
Points can be redeemed when you collect 500 points or more.
Purchase coupons and discount coupons
Points are valid for use only once, and they must be used at any time before the expiry date (360 days) of the first point earned, and it is not possible to accept the reissue of expired points.
Points are non-refundable after issuance, they are not redeemable for cash and must be used according to offers only.
Points expire
The validity period for activated points is 360 days from the date or point earned.

General Terms
Non-compliance with the terms and conditions of the "Marhaba Alif" program , misuse of membership benefits, or provision of false data leads to membership cancellation.
Individual " souvenirs " have the right to cancel or amend the program, including these terms and conditions, or any offers, features, rewards or membership, at any time without prior notice.
