Shipping and delivery policy

• We currently ship and deliver to all regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia only.
• Your order will be delivered within a period ranging between (2-15) working days within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (depending on the city) and the shipping company, according to the following:-

* Fastlo company from (2 to 3) working days.

* Aramex from (3 to 8) working days.

* SMSA from (5 to 10) working days.

(For example: Orders received on Thursday evening and Friday and Saturday nights will be shipped on the following Sunday as the first business day).

• When the operations team prepares your order, an email or SMS or both will be sent containing the purchase order number and shipment number, and you can track the shipment path via the shipping company's website after receiving the tracking link.

• The shipping cost is determined by the shipping company chosen by the customer.

• The shipping company is determined by the customer when completing the order and entering the shipping address.

Important :

* The address must include the building, villa or apartment number in addition to the street name, city and zip code, and the phone number and name of the person concerned must be written according to the registration form on the website.

* The shipping company delivers to the address registered in the order, but there are some areas where the shipment is received from the nearest office of the shipping company.

*If it is not possible to reach you or in the event of refusal to receive for any reason other than the existence of an error in the order that was sent, only the shipping value will be collected or deducted from the amount previously paid by the customer.
